Guidelines for Writing a Blog

VISTA InfoSec invites all passionate writers interested in contributing to our efforts of educating our clients, and readers on the Cyber Security Industry.  Your blog post shall be reviewed by our team to ensure the post suits our blog concept. Bloggers are requested to follow the guideline outlined below to contribute to our blog section.

Niche area we want you to write on

We are interested in subjects pertinent to Cyber Security, Compliance and Governance, Regulatory and Risk Management. We would like you to share insightful information (technical/statistical/strategic) that goes beyond just the regular and simple discussion. We prefer articles that provide valuable information to our audience and that help them in their Cyber Security and Compliance efforts.

Format Requirement

The article should be a minimum of 500 words and should be plagiarism-free, checked for grammatical and spelling errors. We prefer articles written with Titles, subtitles and encourage the use of bullet points where ever possible.  If required, you can use images in your article. The article should be appealing to readers, written in a conversational tone, have questions that encourage comments, and real-life examples or experiences shared in the blog.

However, since our articles mainly cater to the US audience, we suggest that you get your article written in the US English language and review them accordingly for grammar and spellings before sending it over to us. Once we receive the article it will be reviewed by our team to ensure it meets all our criteria and is relevant to our requirement.

Note- We may do minor edits to align the article to our audience’s needs and to make it SEO-friendly. It will then be published.

Deadlines             

There are no deadlines unless ever mentioned or specified to you. Just send what you have when it is ready and we will review it and update them on our blog section.

Information required from you

We require biodata of the author, photo, and other details like email id, website links, and other outbound links to your social media profile.
